The development, modernization and fabrication of series and special welding
equipment for electric flash butt welding as well as spot, projection and seam
welding are our key tasks and main objectives. Our company was founded in 1995.
As early as since the twenties, machines and equipment of resistance welding
technique have been developed and built in Hennigsdorf. Based on this long-standing
experience, we want to be your partner investing our expert knowledge, competence,
involvement and dedication. Our control systems for flash butt welding machines
are suitable for use in machines of various manufacturers. This permits to modernize
used machines. Depending on the requirements, we renew the welding process control
or the total control system of the welding machine. This kind of welding is suited
for large sheet metal sub-assemblies of steel and aluminium, for barrels
and all kinds of containers and vessels, wires and profiles of steel and
non-ferrous metal. Our spot, projection and seam welding machines excel by
extremely high load capacity, homogeneous fusion, absolute weld tightness and static safety.
Roll seam welder. This method is the most efficient solution for welding tacks
and strength seams as well as for liquid-tight and gastight seams.
The special requirements of quality define the method suitable for
the particular case. There are three methods of roll seam welding:
overlap welding, mash seam welding and foil butt seam welding.
